About your role:

As a part of our team you will have a great chance to work on systems improvements, contributing to develop tools and automated processes, making a world of our customers more friendly and efficient.


What will you do?
· Drive culture of automation for the service organization
· Convert transactional processes into automated solutions
· Develop of tools enabling data extraction from multiple sources and their consolidation
· Collaborate with Process Owners on building, implementation and maintenance of automations and small applications
· Support process efficiency and high quality of delivery through automated data transfers
· Support for Continuous Improvement initiatives with specific focus on automation

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What will help you to be successful?
·  Expertise in MS Access and Excel programming.
·  Knowledge of VBA and / or SQL, SharePoint, knowledge of SAP will be an asset
·  Experience with building automated solutions and reports
·  Ability to identify processes easy to automate
·  Willingness to learn and to leverage process automation technologies and concepts
·  Experience in Shared Service Center organization will be an asset
·  Excellent self-organization skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
·  Open and creative attitude
