What will you do?

As Employee Lifecycle Agent (f/m/d) your deliver outstanding service to our employees at every stage in their work lifecycle. With functional expertise you provide operational HR services across our digital landscape. In close collaboration with our HR Business Partners and local HR representatives you are the contact point for HR related queries and their resolution. You administer various systems and ensure an excellent data quality. In collaboration with colleagues and customers you enhance our processes for an increased employee experience.

Your work field
· Support our employees across their lifecycle in Schneider Electric with expertise in operational HR topics such as onboarding, HR tools, absence or document requests. Process inquiries from HR Business Partners, solution experts or local HR representatives.
· Take part in our global HR campaigns (e.g. performance review, global salary review, company share program) by supporting campaign leaders and employees. Create training and communication material and ensure that our data is always up to date.
· Enter and maintain employee data across our digital landscape . Ensure data quality and access in line with our policies.
· Shape the future of Schneider Electric by contributing your functional expertise and knowledge in ongoing process improvement initiatives and automation projects . Your knowledge will help us to improve our services even further.

Your profile
· Ideally you have gained at least first experience in HR or commercial background ideally with first work experience in employee administration
· You have Strong communication skills across versatile customer groups
· You are very service- / customer-oriented and curious about new things and approach topics proactively and with commitment.
· You are proficient in English and ideally German
· Beyond the limited period, we are interested in a long-term solution
