Internship - Cybersecurity coordinator for Sales & Support - MBA (Rueil Malmaison) H/F

Job purpose
The “Cybersecurity Coordinator” is in charge of assisting the Sales & Support Digital Risk Leader in multiple cybersecurity topics impacting Sales & Support populations worldwide (40 000 staff) using any of the 400 applications maintained by Schneider Digital DSS

Key Responsibilities
• Define cybersecurity tests campaigns to check the effectiveness of incident reporting processes across Sales & Support teams
• Coordinate Risk Analysis for Field Services IT environments to address key mitigation measures
• Help define Personas for Field Services scope, providing a good understanding of the multiple use cases and constraint they face
• Define the communication plan for VPs worldwide to strengthen cybersecurity compliance of Field Services Representatives
• Identify and deploy a governance to follow-up customer facing populations worldwide in order to expand the cybersecurity framework beside FSRs

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Profil Recherché
Diplôme visé : MBA student with background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering/Science required, MBA preferred

Pré-requis :
Technical skills
• Bachelor's degree; Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering/Science required, MBA preferred.
• Experience with projects
• Fluent in English

Leadership and soft skills
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented mindset
• Ability to organize and facilitate meetings and workshops
• Experience & understanding of the complexity of working in a global project team
• Ability to identify issues/risk, analyze and understand underlying causes and devise appropriate action plans
• Ability to work with maximum autonomy
