Internship Communication Support

Mission

A trainee ensures the support on the animation of the Network of Excellence, which is a collaborative network (Business, Process, Content and Solution) with key experts represented at every level (Global and Local).

Main objectives of this Network are to:

· Increase business value

· Provide support (training and communication)

· Foster change management

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

· Contribute to CPM capability in End to End service, training and communication team.
· Data mining / Data analysis to generate and follow up KPIs on Adoption, Performance, Business metrics requested by key internal executives.
· Build training materials based on the tool release schedule.
· Populate and maintain community portal documents.
· Bring some fresh-air to communication materials.
· Contribute in animating a Global Community of experts in their respective businesses.
· Students will be working in a collaborative, cross‐functional team; learning effective management of shifting priorities and meeting project deadlines .

Qualifications :

Skills & required profile:

·  Student of degree or Master in Communication.
·  Languages: Fluent English (Written and Spoken).
·  Able to work between 5 and 6 hours in the mornings from Monday to Friday.
·  Experience domains: Communication, Digital, Project Management, Change Management.
·  Innovative, autonomous, curious and a strong team spirit.
·  Strong communication and organizational skills required.
·  Motivated and passionate about IT world
·  Fluent in using Pack Office: Excel & Power Point is a must.
·  Video editing is a plus.

·  Internship agreement between your University – College and Schneider Electric.
·  Remunerated internship.
·  Part time Internship (between 5 to 6 daily hours).
·  Flexitime.
·  One day off per month.
·  Duration: 6 months with a possible extension if your University / School allows it.
·  Internship tutoring for your progress and learning.
