Support Customers and Sales Team with order processing, general pre-sales and post-sales queries, stock level, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer's satisfaction. Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities.

What do you get to do in this position?

1. Receive the demands from the customers (CCC's / FO) : related to Lead Times (LT) and Delivery Dates (DD).

2. Provide solutions to CCC with all the information requested.

3. Transfer to the supplier through CCMP tool the specific customer demands which haven't been dealt yet by MM.

4. Contact MM for significant issues such as Qmax/OGQ, Red Alert… for which the solution provided did not satisfy the customer.

5. Responsible To provide satisfactory solutions To CCC demands.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

·  You have 3+ years of Customer Service experience
·  International experience is preferred
·  Working knowledge of incoterms and export processes
·  College degree a plus, but not required
·  You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
·  You have excellent analytical skills
