The Schneider Digital HR team is looking for a high energy student with a passion for digital and HR, with the interest and ability to work in a global organization. In partnership with Schneider Digitals HR Leadership Team & Global HR Business Partners (HRBPs), this individual will provide tactical HR support to US based managers and employees. S/he will also partner with HR colleagues, both domestically (and potentially in other regions), to work on global projects related to data management, organizational evolution, people metrics, and talent.

Specific Responsibilities:
· Generate reports & analytics for Global HRBPs which enable them to make intelligent business decision with key stakeholders
· Collaborate with Global HRBPs to support recruitment and staffing
· As opportunities arise, participate in projects intended to build, refine, and deploy the People Strategy
· Ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications :

Qualifications

·  High Honor student with declared Human Resources major or intention to declare HR
·  Ability to work part-time (20 hours/week) during summer
·  Customer oriented approach
·  Sound critical thinking and logic
·  Strong collaboration, communication (verbal and written), and networking skills
