Our structured Graduate Programme offers you a fantastic insight into our diverse UK business. You will spend time in each of our key business areas undertaking work based placements to give you hands on experience. We'll also provide you with personal skills training and commercial insight, to accelerate your development and ensure you are ready to move into a substantive role within one of our business areas at the end of the programme. We believe that by investing in you now will provide greater returns in the future.
Previous work experience in a related field would be advantageous, although not essential. Most importantly, you will demonstrate a desire to learn, have excellent communication, organisation and team working skills.
As we are based at over 30 sites, you will be flexible to work anywhere within the UK both during the programme and following completion. There will also be the possibility for international opportunities within the Company.

Graduate Programme

Your job responsibilities for this position are as follows:

· Meeting the Programme performance goals
· Meeting individual development goals
· Ability to present sound arguments and proposals to key stakeholders
· Develop a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which the project deliverables are created and in which they will be used
· Support project team in developing and managing the Project plan within the constraints established and approved by project sponsor

About you
You will be someone who is open to developing and being challenged. We are looking for you to be team orientated, versatile, open minded and autonomous – see below.
· A good communicator, essential for both internal and external contacts.
· A team player with self-motivation, initiative, flexibility and good time
management skills, prepared to work to strict deadlines.
· Computer literate, good knowledge and experience of excel and word required
· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a customer focused, commercial environment
· Knowledge and understanding of large global business and the way they operate would be considered an advantage
· Strong professional knowledge – Proactive in obtaining professional qualifications and evidenced continuous professional development.
· Leadership – Demonstrated ability to positively influence the actions and opinions of others and exhibit judgment in leading others to company goals.
· Organization and planning – Essential to organise tasks efficiently towards achieving specified goals, able to define and prioritize specific goals and goals.
· Drive for results – Strong will to compete and win and achieve in business environment.
