Finance Analyst

Job Description details :

· Participates in developing and/or improving standard financial reports for forecasting, trending and result analysis
· Prepares complex financial information and interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability
· Applies a working knowledge on various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical and graphical correspondence to put together, manipulate and format data.
· Analyzes budget adjustments and other cost improvement measures.
· Prepares daily/weekly/monthly periodic reports.
· Prepares adhoc financial analyses/reports.
· Contributes in the development and reviews of certain financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicators

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
·  At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
·  Utilizing BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance
·  Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts

Skill sets :

·  Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
·  Able to solve complex problems
·  Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
·  Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
·  High level of commercial acumen
·  Knowledge on advanced computer software skills, MS Office, ERP's such as, SAP, Oracle, BI Tools - Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan etc.,
·  Can able to accustom to the dynamic change in terms of preparing / summarizing reports to our customers
