Our Field Service business provides 24/7 servicing for; mining, hospitals, utilities, data centres and just about everything in-between. Portfolio covers all of our verticals including drives, automation, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, UPS's, computer room air-conditioning and chillers. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.

Based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, we have an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Field Services Technician to join our high performing Power Systems - Field Services team.

You will support our customers with the installation, maintenance and modernisation of MV & HV switchgear, circuit breaker and transformers.

Representing our Field Services team, you will work with a range of global and VIP customers including those in the Power Utilities, Infrastructure, Mining and Data Centre environments. You will be required to work on - call on a 24/7 rotating roster. Weekend, out of hours work and frequent local and occasional interstate travel will be necessary.

We believe instrumental to success will be the following;

An electrical trade qualification and current electrical license

·
A construction industry White Card

·
Experience in a Field Services or electrical maintenance environment

·
Experience in the maintenance, and assembly of MV & HV switchgear products

·
A passionate customer centric approach

·
Strong working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand electrical standards

·
In-depth knowledge of and practical experience with Health Safety & Environment (HSE) practices and legislation

·
Highly developed technical problem-solving capability

·
Whilst not essential, current First Aid, CPR and LV Rescue certification will be highly regarded

·
You are an innovative thinker who looks for new and improved ways to deliver exceptional service to your customers.
