The Schneider Electric Buildings business focuses on building control and management through a range of systems and services including BMS controls, fire and security systems. Increasingly Buildings are focusing on integrated energy reduction and security solutions. These solutions optimise building performance by improving reliability and enhancing the comfort and safety of individuals using the building whilst minimising energy usage.

Your Mission:
To join a varied and experienced team supporting a diverse and exciting customer base, including several blue-chip accounts, within the ECO Buildings business unit of Schneider Electric. We want you to not only deliver BMS and Security systems service to an allocated base, but provide a proactive approach and develop meaningful relationships with your customers to demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric

Your responsibilities:
1. Operate within Schneider Electric policies and guidelines to ensure we work in a safe and responsible manner taking a zero tolerance approach to unsafe behaviour.
2. Take ownership of your customer base to meet/exceed our contractual requirements which will include
- Delivering a best in class service
- Working closely with the customer to identify operational issues that we can resolve
- Provide clear and concise service reports that demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric
- Proactively identify and provide quoted solutions for improvements, upgrades or repairs
- Identify energy and enhancement projects to provide suggestions and opportunities beneficial for both parties
3. Advise and assist Account Managers with larger opportunities
4. Identify project opportunities on your accounts and on potential new business accounts
5. Work closely with your team coordinator to ensure the teams operational objectives are achieved.
6. Take part in the team call out rota and support other members of the team where possible
7. Take pride in your role at Schneider Electric by presenting yourself in a smart and professional manner.
8. Ensure you continue to develop your technical and industry knowledge through the Schneider Electric training school and keeping abreast of technological developments in the industry

About you:
The successful applicant for the role will have a knowledge within the BMS industry with:
ONC/HNC Electrical Engineering;
Electrical Installation and Panel Building Knowledge
Previous experience in HVAC controls
Security experience would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent IT and networking skills and experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Flexible and self-motivated
Ability to work in a team and as an individual contributor
Be socially aware, tailoring your approach to your customer base accordingly
Be smart and presentable
