We have an exciting new opportunity for a Field Service Coordinator to join our team in our Warrington Gemini Office.

In this role you will be part of a customer focused team that is dedicated to supporting the Service Operations Managers with high quality commercial acumen and ERP/Systems knowledge.
The successful candidate will ensure that the customers' orders are booked in and invoiced as per the contractual requirements and continuously and proactively look for process and system improvements that help the customers and employees.

In this role the successful candidate will:

· Ensure the team achieve 100% workflow invoicing within SLA's on a monthly basis
· Ensure the service contracts are booked correctly, with parts ordered within SLA
· Take part in debt reviews and ownership of allocated debt issues and resolve within a timely manner
· Resolve issues within a timely manner to SE and the customers satisfaction
· Identify and participate in a Continuous Improvement Project
· Assist with training and onboarding any new team members
Requirements:

· Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C or above) is required
· At least 2 years' experience in a similar role/in a customer-focused environment would be required
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Previous SAP and CRM system experience is desirable
· Fluent English (Written and Verbal)
