Are you our next Export Administrator ? Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our well-established team in Telford as an Export Administrator .

What do you get to do in this position?

· Ensure the conformity of documents linked to the transportation and customs (Packing list, delivery, clauses, customs declaration )
· organise freight forwarding & customs clearance operation process
· Prepare, release, print transportation documents as dispatch notes, invoicing notes, in accordance with contractual conditions
· Communicate the transport scheduling to the customer
· Update data in ERP
· Communicate the transportation customer claim to Quality department.
· Ensure the quality of the packing and the accuracy of the data populated on transport documents.
· Ensure the respect of customs regulations
· Monitor and co-operative closely with logistics operations staff
· Provides training and cover for colleagues within transport function within UK logistics

This role might be for you if

· you are experienced in exporting hazardous goods (certification is a plus)
· you are international trade and logistics practitioner
