Schneider Electric USA is a leading manufacturer of equipment for electrical distribution, industrial control, and automation. We have the following position available in Andover, Massachusetts:

Embedded Software Architect: S/he formulates, architects and designs firmware applications in real-time embedded systems development domain for Industrial Automation. S/he creates architectures for software libraries, designs, and simulators for improving quality of software and product. S/he creates secure industrial communication architectures for Embedded Industrial Devices. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related and six years of progressive work experience in architecting C and C++ projects for real-time embedded system for Industrial Ethernet products and creating cloud based architectures for IOT. Also must have experience with: 2 years utilizing Modbus/TCP and EtherNet/IP; 6 months debugging and developing firmware for hardware chips including Rhodes2; 2 years developing and architecting firmware for hardware chips including LCES; 2 years developing and architecting firmware on various RTOS including Embedded Linux, VxWorks, and Quadros RTXC; 1 year utilizing OPC-UA Secure; 2 years connecting Industrial Control Devices to Cloud; and 1 year utilizing Mocana Crypto Suite in Industrial Embedded Devices.
