What do you get to do in this position?

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer and log or route all incoming calls

· Schedule technicians to satisfy customer requirements

· Perform wide variety of operational and administrative functions such as billings, service requests, service, memos, correspondence, logs, collections, etc.

· May process purchase orders and stock requisitions to acquire necessary hardware

· Process and verify technician timesheet as needed

· May make follow up telephone calls to internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction

· May produce monthly department reports

· Signature level authority as indicated by the Authorization Level Document.

· Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION:

· High School diploma or GED required

· Two years experience required

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Excellent verbal communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to greet and communicate with customers effectively both in person and via phone

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong organizational skills

· Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
