DCE (Digital Customer Experience) leader (50%) - Analyize Digital Customer / Partner Journeys and responsible to grow our business deploying an integrated customer experience across diverse platforms (Social Media, Online, Customer Care Center, Sales People, Mobile, Big Data, CRM, PRM, App, Physical store) - Continue to focus on Web & product data and catalogue: 1) Outstanding end2end product experience, from selectors to distributors 2) Manage, push and localize global content across platforms 3) Implement single web domain - Create consistent & individualized customer experience with running digital channel management 1) Identify and provide seamless experience across platforms 2) Best mobile experience, leveraging mySchneider App 3) Enhanced self service to provide quick answers to our customers 4) Configurators consistency from design to operations aligned with EcoStruxure strategy - Accelerate Value creation 1) Develop capabilities in e-commerce with our distributors and digital ordering with our direct customers (MySE) 2) Boost revenue with Digital Marketing throughout the Brand to Order journey 3) Digital Channel Management in countries to increase % of active and generate business 4) Strongly increase digital skills and expertise - Developing and deploying CRM / PRM / e-commerce platform on SE website and partner's website - Develop mobile platform to deploy SE mobile website and App - Develop and Optimize digital marketing strategy to enhance customer experience with customer acquisition, retention and lifestyle. - Translating a vision for online marketing into a coherent digital marketing strategy - Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the SE website (www.schneider-electric.co.kr) - Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the SE website satisfaction rate such as zero search - Responsible for assisting in the development of SE's product pages. - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and result analysis - Utilizing a range of techniques including SEO/SEM/GDN - Online Brand Protection: Monitor online brands' presence on Korea websites brand guidelines - Marketing operation to create various content (digital brochure, eDM, Video, etc.) for SE B2B solutions - Ensure consistency with offline Marketing and Communication strategy with a 360° approach online-offline exploiting all digital touchpoints (website, social media, brand ambassadors…) - Capture up to date and relevant market and technology trends, customer insights and lead best-in-class digital capability build Marketing Communication Specialist (50%) Role Summary : The Digital Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for ensuring that Schneider Electric is positioned as the No.1 global energy management and automation specialist, and that the demand generation for Schneider Electric offers is effectively and efficiently planned. -S)he needs to have full understanding of the business strategy, understand the local customers and develop the marketing communication plan in line with the corporate/local business strategy. -S)he sets short and medium term objectives to achieve a desirable and relevant brand awareness, imagery, and to increase product understanding and desire of the customers, which will grow the brand equity, customer base and lead generation over time. Responsibilities : -Business and customer insight : Fully understand the Business strategy, offer, segment and target audience characteristics. Generate foresight thinking for target customer relevant marketing communication. -Strategic planning : Develop the annual marketing communication plan which effectively and efficiently supports the corporate and local business strategy and objectives. -Communication plan development : Adopt the global strategic direction and best practice in a locally relevant way. Formulate a fully integrated marketing communication mix (advertisement, PR, event, DM in both traditional and new media to generate marketing leads) -Best in class execution : Implement the ATL and BTL programs with excellence by leveraging agencies and networks within/outside the local organization. -Performance management : Deliver the output and monitor the progress to meet the annual targets in time with quality. -Resource management : Prioritize the investment and effectively allocate the resource for the maximum impact. -Digital marketing specialist : Strong experience and understanding in digital customer's journey Full spectrum hands on experience in digital & contents marketing at least 3 years
