What do you get to do in this position?

· Review content and layout requirements for documentation to ensure compliance or communicate exceptions with requestors
· Compile drawings, literature and supporting documentation for inclusion in Submittal Packages, Record Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manuals
· Deliver completed documents via Box.com, customer owned platforms or printed copies
· Sending and receiving transmittals to and from the customer in accordance with their specifications
· Send confirmation emails to all parties upon sending and receiving transmittals
· Keep track of all current and past document statuses and store all files digitally in the cloud for prompt review
· Upload all return transmittals and returned drawings to PDM Link or other internal systems
· Establish working relationship with customer’s document control team to assure accuracy and consistency
· Implement easy to duplicate processes for the SSG to follow providing minimum time per instance.
· Track and invoice teams per requirements to make incorporation into DVC reporting for the project as easy as possible.
· Provide feedback and recommendation for continuous improvement
· Complete HR training requirements and assignments per development plan (when applicable)

Desired profile



Qualifications :

·  Bachelor’s degree preferred
·  Proficiency in the following preferred: Adobe Pro, Microsoft Suite, Windows Operating System, Salesforce
·  Sales Support/Customer Service experience is preferred
·  Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
·  Customer Focused
·  Process Driven
·  Exceptional Organization Skills
·  Positive, Inclusive and Agile
·  Ability to learn and retain new skills quickly
