An opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Agent to join our growing team at Schneider Electric, a leading specialist in electrical products and services. This is a back-fill since the previous junior has develop to a senior.
The candidate will be engaged in a wide variety of activities relating to customer order fulfillment, pricing, logistics, and associated business processes and activities as part of our Customer Care Team in collaboration with the Schneider Electric local and international teams.
To be successful in this role you must display strong attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. An emphasis is placed on customer service, process compliance, efficiency, and effective communication. You must also be able to work well with people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

We expect you of course with training and education to know a bit of all the product ranges Schneider Electric has to offer we training and educate an asses together on witch product range you can specialized into overtime.

Mission, tasks and responsibilities
· Communicate with customers for sales quotations, product lead times, logistics and support.
· Dealing with customer queries, preparing quotations and providing customer support on selection of the parts required or quantifying these from technical specification or drawings.
· Provide basic technical support on our broad product range
· Support customers with the installation set-up.
· Provide competitive cross-references based on technical requirements
· Promote our self-service tools
· Checking customer requests and orders on feasibility, allocation and ordering of components in collaboration with our suppliers, sales and technical departments.
· Processing orders and returns within our Salesforce and SAP software systems.
· Liaise with offer managers to correct issuance of data, pricing commercialization structures, etc.
· Liaising with our warehouses, aligning with our customers on delivery dates, managing the order cycle, monitor order status, and chasing order confirmations including proactive communicating keeping up with deadline set by the customer.
· Ensuring an excellent customer experience is delivered

Desired profile



Qualifications :

· 
A Master or Bachelor in a technical or administrative direction

· 
Experience in a customer-focused role order processing and customer communications.

· 
Proven affinity with technical products.

· 
Experience in business administration.

· 
Experience with logistics, booking in and arranging shipments.

· 
Experience in using Salesforce and SAP.

· 
Reading of electrical technical drawings or diagrams.

· 
You speak and write in Dutch and French, English is a pre
