Channel Operations Executive

Job description

We are currently seeking a professional to join Schneider Electric as Channel Operations Executive

Location: Selangor, Malaysia


In this role, you will

Responsible on the channel commercial policy

- Execute Channel action plan according to business strategy such as communication to direct and indirect partners

- Cross functional collaboration to ensure the alignment of business strategy ie – Sales report compilation / Sales provision / incentive / rebate payout

- Responsible on the monthly business sales provision allocation & spending

- Manage incentive scheme for the sales channels (Distribution / intermediaries)

- Commercial planning process by identifying the key opportunities (Channel promotional, channel development, market & data analysis)

- Take lead on company's corporate event to generate customers engagement, brand awareness, sales generation and etc.

- take on special projects beneficial to retail business - digitalization

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:




- Bachelors degree - preferably in business admin / marketing

- Min 3 years work experience

- Possess experience in report management and number crunching

- Good in excel and powerpoint

- Experience in sales planning role is an added advantage
