What do you get to do in this position?

Being inquisitive by nature and technologically savvy, the Schneider Digital Transport & Control Tower BA will leverage their supply chain experience and creativity to capture current and future state Transportation & Control Tower business processes and identify opportunities for technology to add value.

Their efforts will support our large-scale logistics business transformation initiatives and our quest to maximize the ROI of our transport spend while maintaining a best in class customer delivery experience. The Schneider Digital Transport & Control Tower BA will be responsible for translating the identified opportunities into technical deliverables and ensure developers deliver the right solutions in the least amount of time throughout the agile project lifecycle.

The Schneider Digital Transport & Control Tower BA will be our North America (NAM) Transport & Control Tower subject matter expert (SME) on our I.T. systems supporting:

Shipment optimization & export consolidation processes

Route determination & transit time calculations

Customs import export & freight forwarding activities

Customer complaint, critical and late shipment processes

Weather & crisis event management processes

Qualifications :

You're passionate about solving supply chain transportation challenges

You're experienced engaging others in a multinational enterprise or up for the challenge

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / related field or 5-10 years equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years Supply Chain Logistics experience (MIS centric role preferred)

Experience with Supply Chain Transportation Management Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Requires a moderate to complex level of knowledge of business processes

Preferred Certification: International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)

Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery model
