•The ideal candidate is the PMO who understand his or her role as a coach to the Architecture team. Teams fail when the PMO doesn't have a game plan, when he's or she's not getting the most from the team members due to personalities or deficiencies in abilities. A PMO must be strong but tactful in his/her approach, have a clear understanding of the goal but be willing and open to listen to alternatives to reach the objective. He/she must use experience with people, projects, tools, and techniques to speed along and reduce roadblocks for the team.
•The PMO will Provide Architecture and innovation activities support to the architects to successfully deliver their output. PMO will Provide as well methodology and approach support in accordance with EA standards and support to the architects in the Gate Review, Governance, Reporting process, Track capability Issues & Risks and support the team in their resolution. The PMO will support Architecture and innovation lead to Build and maintain Architecture activities Schedule, Team Roles & Responsibilities, Team Resource & Financial Budgets.
•Provide to the Architecture team the support, tools, guidance and methodology needed to facilitate their daily Architecture job and contribute to deliver successful result for the capability.
•Provide Architects team with methodology and approach in accordance with EA standards and Process.
•Provide support to the Architects capabilities in the Gate project Review, Architecture pre-studies, Governance and Reporting process.
•Track Architecture capabilities Issues & Risks and support Architects to manage the Risk Mitigation & Issue resolution plans and ensure the escalation process is working properly.
•Support the Architecture & Innovation lead in Building and maintaining the Architecture team Planning (Schedule, Resources, RACI…).
•Support the Architecture & Innovation lead in Building & maintaining team Resource & Budget financials forecasting and actuals in coordination with DSS Controller.
•Track Architect capability Progress and ensure the complete integration and alignment with the Planning across all work streams and Ensure the Status of the Activities and Deliverables is accurate.
•Maintain updated schedule, activity progress, and variance against baseline and get the status of the activities, set up and publish the Weekly Progress Report (including the Dashboard)
•Ensure global consistency and seamless across the different Architecture capabilities..
•Ensure application of the EA standards and best practice in the team. Educate the Architecture team on the Schneider Digital Architecture principles.
•Collaborate with the other PMO (at capability or cross practice level) to support and refine approaches, methods, processes and templates to be used by the Architects (lessons learned and improvements actions plan).
•Implement a Quality process in the Architecture stream and perform Quality Checks in coordination with the Architecture & Innovation lead.
•Control the On-Boarding and the Off-Boarding of the teams (Architecture Teams) and ensure they are properly On-Boarded regarding EA Process.
•Organize and facilitate the Governance Structure both within the architecture team and as part of the overall practice organization (in coordination with the other PMO of the practice).
•Provide the Architecture & Innovation lead with Governance, Progress and Reporting deliverables collected from the architects and set up and publish the KPIs and dashboard based on KPIs and dashboards defined at practice level).
•Prepare, participate in and publish minutes of the various Architecture committee and meetings.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

•Broad exposure into Project, Program and Portfolio Management (planning, scheduling, risk management, reporting, quality, finance, control, methods, lifecycles, governance, regulatory, resource management etc..).
•Broad exposure into complex organization dealing with high complexity landscape and various architecture.
•Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and great leadership spirit to coach and inspire the team.
•Certified in one of the project management methodology or Architecture Framework (PMP, TOGAF for example)
