Context
Schneider Electric has set the development of its collaborators as a strategic priority. Learning organisation is using as much as possible digital, agile and gamified approach. Global Supply Chain white collars are already doing more than 8 hours of digital learning per year, and actions to develop digital learning for workers are also on-going
Reason of being
Many of our experts are in Europe and in France, and we need to develop with them short learning (microlearning), using videos, mobile, quiz, gaming, virtual and augmented reality etc… We want to develop approach and tools for setting more agile and fun micro learning and to set those micro learning quickly with the experts
Perimeter
This apprenticeship is within the Global Supply Chain Academy, within Global Human Resources, and reports to GSC Academy VP
He/she will require to work and partner with the various leaders, our program manager located in India, our Learner Experience team, located in US, and the experts, in France, Europe or elsewhere
Main missions and tasks
Select with experts the topics to take for microlearning
Select the tools (authoring, animation, video, virtual reality, ...) adapted for the projects
Set up the story boarding, including gamification component, and develop the micro-learning solution with the tools
Profil recherché
Qualifications :
- Digital learning tools, video editing
- Project management
- Gamification
- Instructional design
- Influencing skills, good communicator
- Work easily in multi-cultural and multi-lingual context.
- English is mandatory, French is a plus
