We're now looking for Accountant to be based in our financial team in Warsaw, Poland. The person will report to Chief Accountant and will be working directly with representatives of respective business units of Schneider Electric in Poland (including top management) and also collaborate with Financial Shared Service Centre.


What will you do?
· Process accounting documents
· Perform Account reconciliations and analysis
· Provide analysis and reports for your scope of activity
· Cooperate with local business entities of Schneider Electric and with other Accounting Teams
· Provide data and analysis for internal and external audits
· Actively identify improvement areas and propose new solutions
· Perform quality and performance measures
· Perform management reporting in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
· Support transformation and standardization initiatives

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What will help you to be successful?
·  1-3 years of strong accounting background with good knowledge of Polish accounting regulations is a must
·  Fluent English skills
·  Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), in implementing and testing financial tools and/or leading projects is essential
·  Master's Degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy)
·  Fluent in MS Office package, especially Excel
·  Digitally savvy personality
·  Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
·  Ability to collaborate with top management stakeholders
·  Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
·  Customer focus and team-working skills
