Job description

Missions
1/ Be the purchasing representative at plant level:
ð Define the Procurement strategy with a clear roadmap for next 3 years
ð Support the plant on short-term need (supplier delivery, quality claim)
2/ Be leader of Productivity animation to boost the performance of the plant:
ð Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify new ideas of productivity (events with suppliers, buyers)
ð Support the animation to execute the productivity actions (change of suppliers, technical redesign to cost)
3/ Ensure supplier performance on Delivery and Quality
ð Define with Supply Chain and Quality the yearly roadmap to ensure the right material avaibility to ensure business continuity
ð Animation of monthly meeting to report the KPI’s and share the action plan with Purchasing Community
4/ Work with finance on monthly closing to make sure that Purchasing performance is well reconciliated in the plant P&L and build every quarter a rolling forecast to communicate to the management the end of year vision in terms of financial performance and action plan.
Exigences
Education and Profile
- Education: Master in purchasing / Business School
- Work experience needed: Industrial environment, technical products, intercultural teams, knowledge in the Electronic market
- Requested languages: English fluent
- Personal abilities or skills: open minded, adaptability & flexibility, leadership, commited & reliable, ability for challenge, efficiency
