Head Product Management Group Modernization (m/f)

Mobility is the goal

The main goal of this role is to manage the portfolio analysis and solution mapping based on product and regional sales strategies and to coordinate the development of the regional Modernization sales plan and sales mix for profitable growth. Therefore main tasks include:

Coordinate & drive product implementation in KGs
Monitor sales development and initiate
Alignment of product roadmaps
Definition of product strategy and roadmaps and drives ‘global vs. local’ decisions in alignment with Zones/KGs
Coordination of MTP process with Zones/KGs and CR&D
Project portfolio management
Supports Product Managers in project execution

Mobility needs you

You are an excellent communicator with very good interpersonal and negiation skills who is enthusiastic about leading people and coordinating global projects. Further qualifications may include:

Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanics or Electrics) with an additional degree in economics desired
5 - 10 years of experience in the industry, preferably in the field of product line management
Sales and project management experience ( approx. 5 years)
Solid track record of process know-how along an entire value chain
Elevator system know how and knowledge about Schindler Product Creation Process (PCP) would be of advantage
MS Project and SAP OCS knowledge
