Job description
As a SW tester, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Specify, design, develop and validate test environment & tools (test bench, recording tools, simulated I/O ...)
- Specify and design test plans and cases according to the SIL level of the product
- Estimate workload, contribute to scheduling and follow-up of validation activities
- Perform testing of SW modules (including unit tests)
- Apply SW processes & standards required for SW testing
- Contribute to the elaboration of SW specification & architecture
- Identify design issues and propose solutions
- Ensure test traceability
Knowledge & Experience
- Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- from 1 to 5 years of experience working as a test engineer
- knowledge of the V-model
- Experience with safety critical embedded systems is an asset
- Knowledge of DO178/MILSTD is a plus
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Coding skills: C, C# and LabVIEW
- Testing tools: RT/RT or equivalent ; SCADE
