Job description:
According to our strong growth ambition in 2017, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Assistant (w/m) in VIE to work on several new projects and strengthening our positioning in in our APAC Marketing Department (Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan).
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
Marketing:
· Consolidate marketing, media plans and programs at the regional level
· Coordinate campaigns (CRM, promotions, merchandising, etc..);
· Gather feedbacks from partners to provide to the head office
Merchandising:
· Provide merchandising support to all APAC Countries
· Coordinate with partners and subsidiaries to provide training manuals to marketing team
Digital:
· Coordinate and consolidate digital strategies within APAC
· Work closely with internal parties to align content for online updates and integrated campaigns
· Assist online research, data analysis and generate reports to evaluate market feedback
· Develop social media strategies and coordinate social media pages
Reporting:
·Reporting to the marketing Manager
·Collaborate with the head Office (Marketing, Design, and Merchandising) and partners in APAC
Profile description and requirements:
- Education: BAC + 5 specialised in Marketing
- Experience: Preliminary experience required of 3 years in a marketing department, preferably with Asian Countries.
You must be fluent in English and good skills in Chinese will be appreciated (Mandarin).
Rigorous and curious, you take initiatives and you have analytical competences.
Adaptable, you have good communication skills.
You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
