PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES :

Our unit is responsible for SAP’s solution packaging strategy and delivery. In charge of SAP Best Practice content development on S/4 HANA, and SAP Rapid Deployment solutions (RDS). We drive sustainable, high-margin revenue, solution adoption and customer/partner satisfaction by delivering ready-to-consume solutions across SAP products like cloud, S/4 HANA, technology, Finance and industries. While combining products, services and content that enable our customers to realize fast business value at low cost and risk this approach builds the foundation for future growth. We are a global intercultural team, located in SAP offices around the world. To a large degree we’re functioning as a virtual team and communicating in English.

Furthermore, our domain is in charge of the solution development for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

·  In charge of SAP Best Practices content on S/4 HANA or RDS solution/content for certain area, possibly for Global Trade Services, Governance, Risk and Compliance area.
·  Collaborate with the eco-system during market research, portfolio planning, and product lifecycle management.
·  Collect customer requirements, incorporate into solution and support the roll-out solution to industry partners.
·  Provide pre-configured solutions based on SAP products for different industries and different regions.
·  Provide support for the solutions delivered to market.
·  Work closely together with other project teams worldwide.

Requirements:

·  University degree or above
·  Minimum 2 years of working experience in SAP GTS, SAP GRC solutions.
·  Familiar with Compliance management in SAP GTS, or SAP Access Control, or SAP IDM
·  Be customer centric: actively problem analysis and providing solutions for customer messages
·  Awareness of quality
·  Good performer, ability to deliver on time and ensure quality
·  Good communication skills
·  Fluent English
·  SAP experience (Logistics or Finance) (optional)
