General Description

“SAP CP Commercial Foundation and Services” Product Ownership group is responsible for product and strategy definition for a series of core services and components within SAP Cloud Platform. We are looking for a leader and natural strategy executer to join our team. You will have a complete responsibility for your service(s)/product(s) across the entire product's lifecycle and be the single point of access for all product core teams members for guidance and directions.

Job Description

·  Be THE business domain expert of a service(s) / component(s) / Topic(s) under your responsibility
·  Drive the requirements definition, planning and review meetings as part of the development process lifecycle
·  Design the services/components' new features and capabilities, while owning their quality aspects and monitoring consumers' satisfaction rate
·  Define and manage requirements to/from other teams in SAP, manage dependencies and communicate across the product line
·  Analyze market demand, understand new trends and translate them to a viable, feasible product roadmap
·  Clearly communicate product benefits to contributors, stakeholders, partners, customers and users
·  Lead the product team and other cross-functional team members driving features to production
·  Be in charge of product increasing profitability and adoption
·  Drive innovation. Increase product span to new directions and market segments. Explore new possible investments era and strive for product innovation in these
·  Work with all development process' contributors e.g. Project Management, Architecture, Product Management, Scrum Masters, User Assistance and Dev Ops to establish and orchestrate a flawless development process.
·  Define, analyze and track metrics and indications of the component / service's success (quality, usage, adoption, etc.)
·  Responsible and accountable for the successful ongoing deliveries: On time, On scope and On quality of the implementation team BLI's
·  Contribute to the release planning and roadmap definition processes.
·  Contribute to group activities such as stakeholders' management, customer and partners' events and demo preparations.
·  Report to the Commercial Foundation and services Chief Product Owner

Job Requirements & Qualities

·  B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent- mandatory
Master degree in a relevant field from a known institution – Advantage
·  At least 3 years of experience in Product Ownership
·  At least 3 years of experience in software development process
·  A people leader and a thought leader with strong execution skills
·  Excellent communication, presentation and selling skills
·  Experience with enterprise technology and integration products/platforms - advantage
·  Drive innovation of new features and product directions
·  Deep knowledge of web products/consumer experience oriented B2C/B2B products
·  Familiarity with the UX of the latest consumer web trends
·  Excellent understanding of cloud / SaaS computing and enterprise software
·  Understanding of: systems of engagement, enterprise entry points, UI or Data aggregation frameworks, collaboration frameworks, or similar
·  Proven experience in turning customers' needs into business requirements and then to specification documents – Mandatory
·  Fluent English – Mandatory
·  Former experience and practice in Agile/Scrum methodology
·  Excellent analytical abilities
·  Willingness to frequently travel abroad
