Job description



Generic:
This position will focus on whole China commercial policy execution. As the bridge between policy and execution, he or she identifies the potential risk and balances the business opportunity and company benefit. Supervise the BPO vendor's service quality and collect the customers' requirement to continuously optimize the trade execution on-line process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Policy and Agreement Review
• Identify the potential risk, work closely with legal, commercial and finance BP to ensure the risk is under control, meanwhile balance the business opportunity and cost to obtain max benefit.

Commercial Conditions Calculation
• Calculate the rebate, compensation and credit limit base on the commercial policy.
• Design the data validation methodology to analyze and check the calculation result.
• Coordinate with cross function management team to approve the calculation result, provide relate analysis data and explain to management team to accelerate the approval process.

BPO vendor management
• Monthly review the KPI to supervise the daily operation quality of BPO vendor.
• Regularly train the vendor on system operation to ensure vendor could quickly adapt to system adjustment.
• Designs the questionnaire of customer satisfaction survey and fulfill the surveys to ensure the customer satisfy the BPO vendor service.
• Regularly communicate with vendor to collect the internal and external customer requirement.
• Continuously improve service level based on survey result and customer requirements.

Process Optimization
• Adjust and optimize the on-line process base on the policy variation, FTE increased, customer requirement and ROI analysis to ensure the process could adapt to the current policy, decrease manual workload and increase customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Experience:
Must to have :
Education: At least college degree
Professional /Major: Supply Chain or Customer Service
Experience : Work experience more than 3 years

Better to have :
Education: More than university degree
Professional /Major:Supply Chain or Customer Service
Experience : Related work experience more than 5 years

Technical skills & Competencies / Language
Must to have :
Technical : Data management / Communication / Innovation
Language: English reading & writing
IT Skill: SAP system / Microsoft office
