Tax Specialist (m/f)

Job Overview & Responsibilities

·  Tax Compliance Work (preparation of Income Tax Returns of various group companies, interest barrier calculation, Tax Accounting, Communication with tax authorities)
·  Participation in quarterly reporting process incl. Deferred Tax calculation
·  Monitoring of Tax prepayments and Cash Tax
·  Preparation of quarterly tax returns regarding license expenses to foreign companies including connected work (reviewing Agreements for tax clauses etc.)
·  Dealing with International Tax documents (Certificate of Domicile, Certificates of Beneficial Ownership, FATCA, etc.)
·  Maintenance of tax related software tools
·  Analysis and overview of inter-company transactions on an annual basis for the current year for the meeting with our auditors (collection of data to be shared with the auditors, preparation of overview and completing the questionnaire)
·  Participation in preparation of Transfer Prices documentation for various group companies
·  Assistance in tax audit regarding Transfer Prices issues (collection of documents, analyzing data, drafting answers)
·  Assistance in planning and implementation of Tranfer Prices concepts (together with Corporate tax and Tranfer Pricing in Paris)
·  Participation in projects

Requirements

·  Minimum 3-4 years Tax experience preferably in big 4 audit firm or similar
·  Certification as chartered tax accountant is a plus ​
·  Prior exposure to Tax Compliance work
·  Good knowledge in German Transfer Prices regulations
·  Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
·  Good communication skills
·  Experienced in DATEV, AvenData, SAP as well as MS Office products
·  Good English language skills, both written and verbal
