Job overview

SE is responsible for local and/or regional CSU support in the development and maintenance of system-related solutions and services for the performance of clinical trials, such as CTMS (IMPACT, ClubNet), EDC (Rave), eTMF (CTP), Portals, support tools, account management, reports, and communication tools;

SE is responsible for the surveillance, monitoring, and for ensuring qualitative and quantitative updating/compliance of related systems. SE is also responsible for the surveillance of operational metrics by reviewing and analyzing data, as well as identifying and implementing improvements;

Be the main contact for global, local, and/or regional team for system-related subjects. SE is the link between Global support area and subsidiary ITS.

Responsibilities

·  Provides support for local teams during implementation of systems, portals, and tools for studies and research sites;
·  Provides and ensures the training of internal users on all applicable systems, portals, and tools;
·  Provides primary support, including research sites, for issues related to systems, portals, and tools, and scale it up when appropriate;
·  Generates reports of the main performance and local and/or regional metrics indicators, analyze data, propose improvements, and scale it up when appropriate;
·  Give support in the development and implementation of electronic CRF for local / regional studies, whenever required;
·  Builds up a relationship with Regional System Experts to share experiences and solutions;
·  Compiles, analyzes, and proposes a corrective and preventive action plan for most frequent doubts and problems of systems, portals, tools, and scale it up when applicable;
·  Ensures that the data is both quanti- and qualitatively updated in systems, portals, and information tools related to clinical research activities and ensure the traceability of information;
·  Coordinates the deactivation of accounts and internal and external accesses, ensuring the compliance with Privacy Policy;
·  Coordinates the adequate use and availability of communication portals and tools (Internet / Intranet, SharePoint, etc.);
·  Lines-up the needs of programs to conduct projects at CSU with the local ITS;
·  Ensures the review, updating, and implementation of related quality documents;
·  Ensures the implementation of global / regional improvement projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

Higher education in health care area. Experience in clinical research, preferably as CRA.

Knowledge of MS Office, Internet, CTMS (IMPACT) and EDC (RAVE), and 1-year experience, at least, in coordination activities desired. Advanced level in English.
