Sr. Statistical Programmer II

Job description

Is responsible for all issues regarding analytic reporting (analytical, aggregate and ad hoc reports)
Uses statistical sotware and systems to create and maintain listings, tabulations, graphical summaries and formal statistical estimates and tests
Creates analysis datasets, assesses quality of data analysis systems and programs, and develops automated analysis tools where appropriate
Defines and implements the overall strategy to meet end user needs Job Family Group: Scientific Computing & Data Management

Ø In cooperation with SB and PPL, plans and provides high quality and timely statistical programming deliverables within a study/project utilizing department standard tools and following department SOP's and guidelines.

Ø Reviews and providse feedback on study documents, such as CRF, data validation plan, data review and survalliance plan, database set-up, SAP and TLG templates.

Ø In cooperation with the SB provides the programming specifications for the analysis datasets (ADS) for a study and implement study metadata.

Ø Performs programming activities for statistical deliverables within a study/project, eg. DRSR, CSR, CTD, DSUR, etc.

Ø Performs quality control, as required per SOPs, for statistical programming deliverables (including input in Validation Plan & QC documentation)

Ø Participates in department working groups e.g. for the development and testing of department tools.
