Job description

工作职责：

·  Individual contributor, able to complete daily work independently.
·  个人贡献者，能够独立熟练完成日常工作。
·  Familiar with the work flow and make timely and relevant records.
·  熟悉工作流程，做好及时的相应记录。
·  Strictly comply with the SOP, process documents, and batch records to complete production tasks.
·  严格依照标准操作规程（SOP）、工艺规程、和批记录要求完成生产任务。
·  Train and assistance appraise other operators.
·  培训和协助考核其他操作员工。
·  Correctly wear PPE, compliance with safety production regulations.
·  正确佩戴安全防护用品，遵守安全生产条例。
·  Clean the facilities and equipment, and keep the production site neat and tidy.
·  执行工作范围内设施、环境的清洁卫生工作，保持生产现场整齐、整洁。
·  Find solutions to achieve all KPI targets。
·  寻找各种方案，来保证实现KPI目标。
·  Be responsible for Quality and Health-Safety-Environment in my position/workstation.
·  对职责范围（岗位）内的质量和职业健康安全环境工作负责。
·  Complete other responsibilities from direct manager, department and the company.
·  积极完成上级、部门和公司布置的其它工作任务。

任职要求：

Must to have :最低要求

Education教育: High school or secondary education高中或中专以上学历

Professional /Major专业： Pharmacy or related field (药学或相关领域)

Experience 经验: above 1 year/1年以上

Better to have : 优先考虑项
