SAP CoE Service Owner

Job description

1. Contract governance

·  He/ She is responsible of the execution of the contract between the stakeholders and the factory
·  Define and maintains the Catalogue of Services
·  Ensures contract is budgeted and the greenlight is given to execute the activities
·  Has an overview of what is going on in the factory
·  Participates in the global governance committees

2. Service level (service portfolio and SLA) governance

·  Risk management (identification & follow up)
·  Follows up the SLA and performance
·  Financial follow up and investigations on variances in forecasted expenses or usage
·  Escalation/Arbitration process management

3. Invoicing follow up

·  Centralization of invoicing between GSC and factory
·  Records contract entitlements and ensure that volumes from purchase orders are performed

4. Global demand & forecast process governance

·  Strict follow-up on the portfolio and ongoing activities
·  Control accuracy of information given by the supplier
·  Ensures team send the right information to the supplier

5. Main interactions

·  PMO: Project portfolio
·  PM: Ensure Sanofi keep the project accountability, budget contribution
·  Expertise & Innovation: Core team, flex team, skills
·  Service Excellence: Major enhancement portfolio, knowledge management, escalation
·  ITS Tech, Q&C: ensure the respect of Sanofi practices
·  Other ITS entities: service management

Requirement for the role:

§ Strong skills in SAP functional area (FI/SD/CO/MM and + BW)

§ Demonstrated and recognized capacity to convince, negotiate, challenge the status quo and find the good compromise

§ Proven ability to manage vendors and a factory

§ Has a first experience in service management

§ Excellent communication skills

§ Strong experience in project (Run is a plus)

Qualification & Experience:

§ Education level/degree/certification(s) - Master level /Engineer

§ 8+ years of experience in SAP. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar position.

§ Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus

§ Experience of regulated environments (GxP, SOX, GPDR…)
