SALES TRAINING MANAGER

BOGOTA, COLOMBIA

In this Role
 

Lead the training team, responsible for designing and implementing training strategies that develop the competencies and behaviors in the sales forces necessary to increase their effectiveness and competitiveness in a sustainable way

Main Responsibilities:

·  Define the training strategy according to the needs of each business, identification of critical capacities to develop and in line with the growth strategist in the market.
·  Lead the definition of each role in the sales forces and periodically reevaluate it
·  Coordinate the diagnosis of the training needs of all sales forces on an annual basis based on the strategies of the brands / business units, their Go to Market, their competitive environment and the expectations of external stakeholders
·  Coordinate the development and implementation of the annual training plans for the sales forces, measuring the progress of the competencies and their behavior.
·  Ensure that these plans are sufficiently focused to be effective
·  Ensure that these plans rely increasingly on digital tools and impactful methodologies
·  Ensure that first and second line managers are acting as a role model of the skills and behaviors taught and that they focus their field work on developing the skills prioritized in the plan.
·  Ensure that these plans are specified by the desired behaviors during field trips
·  Coordinate the development and implementation of the training programs in charge to guarantee the productivity of the sales force from their first day of field work
·  Lead the development of the sales force in the organization and develop the trainers in charge
·  Work alongside the training programs and tools established by global and work transversally with HR to maximize the company's training assets and ensure a comprehensive and coherent vision of the development of sales forces; provide support in sales force performance review processes
·  Constantly simplify training processes while maintaining their quality and impact.
·  Develop the training team within BOS and towards other areas, as well as being responsible for identifying possible successors within the company.
 

Your competencies :

       Education:
 Professional, desirable masters or specialization in training-related processes.

       Experience & knowledge:  

Successful experience in transmitting knowledge and generating new behaviors in adults (coach, teacher, coach ...); desirable experience using digital channels to train

Language: Intermediate – Advanced English

Competencies:  High communication skills - Knowledge and Skills as a teacher.
