Job description
Position Purpose
This position is responsible for performing administrative tasks related to effective management of sales activities, generate timely and accurate reports for use by the CHC team in business decision making. Additionally, the role will also ensure follow up of key sales activities.
Requirements: Education and Experience :
Degree in a Business related field
Certification in Microsoft Office
Project management skills an added advantage

Key individual accountabilities:
· Populate activity file with monthly activities for sales team.
· Load all customers for Consumer Health Care in Company database in the various systems.
· Plan and coordinate with the Sales Managers the execution of all marketing activities.
· Coordinate and Plan team travels in line with Travel Standard Operating Procedure.
· Follow up with respective departments for timely approvals for team activities approvals.
· Coordinate with the Sales Manager on External parties expense report.
· Tracking and timely reporting to management on progress of key deliverables for team
· Plan and coordinate all sales team meeting venues, team building activities,
· Track the progress of activities done
· Perform post event activities as per standard operating procedure
· Perform any other administrative duties for smooth running of the team
Parameters for success – Challenges / Key Metrics:
Timely deliveries / Quality report / Being proactive / Follow up on implementation of key project
