Job description



Reliability and utilities Engineer is to track the machines losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets, then find ways to reduce those losses or high costs. These losses are prioritized to focus efforts on the largest/most critical opportunities. The Reliability Engineer (in full partnership with the operations team) develops a plan to eliminate or reduce the losses through root cause analysis, obtains approval of the plan and facilitates the implementation.

·  Implementation for new project or upgrade related to utilities.
·  Operate all utilities equipment in KAEC plant.
·  Prepare the yearly preventive maintenance plan, and issue the monthly maintenance plan by coordinates with production team.
·  Responsible for localization of machine spare parts and developing in house solution which shall decrease the machine running cost.
·  Prepare plan and list for all required spare parts (forging and local) for all utilities machines every year and execute the plan according to the approved budget.
·  Reliability study for all data including operational and maintenance data in annual basis.
·  manage spare parts inventory.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education:

·  Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Electric Engineering.

Experience:

·  3- 5 years' experience in engineering activity in a Pharmaceutical Multinational company or food manufacturing is a plus.
