Über diese Position

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie bei der Einführung neuer Produkte sowie beim Life Cycle Management bereits bestehender Produkte am Standort Site Frankfurt Insuline.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten zählen unter anderem

·  Anwendung von Strategien für die Prozessvalidierung und das Life Cycle Management (LCM) neuer Produkte, die von R&D zu SFI transferiert werden.
·  Erarbeitung einer Control Strategy im Rahmen des Transferprozesses
·  Prüfung und Erstellung von GMP-Dokumenten in dem Transfer-Prozess.
·  Erarbeitung von Strategien zur Validierung der Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen beteiligten Abteilungen
·  QA-Funktion bei der Herstellung klinischer Ware, Stabilitätsschargen, technische Chargen, Validierungschargen (PPQ & IPV) im Rahmen der Entwicklung
·  QA-Funktion bei der Koordination und Dokumentation von Abweichungen, Change Controls, Fehleruntersuchung und der Verfolgung der daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen, Analyse der Wirksamkeit der Maßnahmen (CAPA) bezogen auf die verantworteten Prozesse
·  Inspektions- und Audit-Management:
·  Vorstellung des eigenen Aufgabenbereichs als SME in nationalen und internationalen Behörden-Inspektionen und internen Audits

Ihre Qualifikationen

Ausbildung / Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen  

·  Abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Master-Studium einer Naturwissenschaft (z.B. Chemie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Biologie) oder Staatsexamen in Pharmazie
·  mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie bzw. der Herstellung von Arzneimitteln
·  Erfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung und regulatorische Kenntnisse (ICH, US FDA, Eudralex, Arzneibücher)
·  selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
·  Fremdsprache Englisch in Wort und Schrift
·  Gute Kenntnisse der grundlegenden Regelwerke zu cGMP
·  Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit
·  Kommunikationsstärke
·  Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten nach GMP-Anforderungen
