Job description

工作职责：

·  Individual contributor, ability to direct others to complete work.

个人贡献者,能够指导他人完成工作。

·  Solve simple technical problems.

解决简单技术问题。

·  Confirmation of key position qualifications, train and appraise other operators.

关键岗位资质确认，培训考核其他操作员工获得关键岗位资质。

·  Familiar with LEAN basic tools，master and apply basic concepts of LEAN, such as 5 S, SMS, etc.

熟悉LEAN 基本工具，掌握并运用LEAN基本概念，如5S,SMS等。

·  Strictly comply with the SOP, process documents, and batch records to complete production tasks.

严格依照标准操作规程（SOP）、工艺规程、和批记录要求完成生产任务。

·  Correctly wear PPE, compliance with safety production regulations.

正确佩戴安全防护用品，遵守安全生产条例。

·  Clean the facilities and equipment, and keep the production site neat and tidy.

执行工作范围内设施、环境的清洁卫生工作，保持生产现场整齐、整洁。

·  Find solutions to achieve all KPI targets。

寻找各种方案，来保证实现KPI目标。

·  Be responsible for Quality and Health-Safety-Environment in my position/workstation.

对职责范围（岗位）内的质量和职业健康安全环境工作负责。

·  Complete other responsibilities from direct manager, department and the company.

积极完成上级、部门和公司布置的其它工作任务。

岗位要求：

·  Education教育: High school or secondary education高中或中专以上学历
·  Professional /Major专业： Pharmacy or automation and related field (药学或设备自动化相关领域)
·  Experience 经验: above 1 year/1年以上
·  Technical 技能: work hard and carefully, good at learning new things（工作仔细认真，善于学习新事物）
·  Other Ability其他能力：Team work spirit (团队工作的精神)
