The Product Manager (PM) for Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of several key marketing programs critical to the success of the Neurology brand.  The PM of HCP Marketing will report to the Senior Director of Neurology Marketing.

Key Responsibilities: 

·  Responsible for the development & execution of all HCP marketing sales material (hard copy & digital).   
·  Work closely with the brand’s agency of record and other internal and external partners to deploy assets
·  Work with cross functional partners to support the development and execution of congress activities.  Congress actives to include, booth content development, promotion of brand leading up to and during congresses, and content development for planned promotional programs during congresses.
·  Contribute to the development and execution of ad boards
·  Lead the development, management and evolution of Peer to Peer programming and speaker training
·  Provide support in the development of other HCP strategy and tactics
·  Work closely with sales training
·  Marketing lead for Sales meetings (POA)
·  Leads the management of the warehouse (Hibbert)
·  Foster strong partnerships with medical affairs, market access, marketing operations, sales, market research, legal, regulatory, advocacy and other functions to ensure aligned objectives, understanding and implementation of the brand strategies 
·  Manage budgets related to specific projects, ensuring strategic allocation of funds 
·  Participate in several brand critical initiatives such as but not limited to, brand planning, competitive planning, budget management, market research, and message & creative evolution.

The PM of HCP Marketing will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams as well as internal stakeholders from multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have had prior US commercial pharmaceutical experience. They would also have experience working on large-scale, complex projects, supporting and working with various stakeholders. Experience working with HCPs, specifically neurologists, is a plus.

Normally, Travel required, up to 30% within the US (during Covid, will adjust accordingly)

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech marketing and/or sales experience
·  Proven track record of managing external agency partners
·  Experience with healthcare professional programing/marketing
·  Demonstrated knowledge and experience with US Promotional Review Boards
·  Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and detail oriented
·  Ability to think strategically and work independently; strong presentation skills
·  Demonstrated ability to manage several large complex projects simultaneously
·  Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and leadership skills; positive attitude and team focused
·  Comfortable working in a fast pace and high expectation organization

Preferred Qualifications:

·  MBA a plus
·  Experience in MS a plus
·  Sales experience a plus
