Position Title

Pharmacy Representative

Job overview

To promote all products to target customers & make sure that pharmacy sales objectives fixed for every territory achieved by visiting target pharmacy customers, by implementing marketing activities and Optimizing the allocated means & resources.

Responsibilities

Sales field operations: ensure to achieve the sales objective

·  Ensure the covering and right frequency of visits of target customers by developing the daily call plan & by implementing the call visit as planed
·  Promote and sell Sanofi targeted products to target audiences based on action plan and marketing strategy
·  Update knowledge of products & Provide product information to target customers
·  Insure the product's availability at the pharmacy for on time drug supply to patient
·  Follow and analyze sales figures of his territory, measure gaps and propose an action plan to improve the sales performance

Customer relationship management:

·  Convince and establish privileged relations with key customers
·  Collect and update Data customers
·  Seek for customer's need & propose actions to meet customers' demands to insure the customers' satisfaction

Implementation of Marketing activities & pharmacy's projects:

·  Organize and attend pharmacy meetings, RTMs
·  Implement & follow up promotion programs & merchandising campaign
·  Implement projects related to pharmacy customers

Communication & Reporting:

·  Collect and report on market & competitors and give constructive feedback
·  To report call visit on optima
·  Participate in team meeting and share constructive feedback and ideas

Requirements & Qualifications

·  Medicine or Pharmacy degree;
·  Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical/ sales field is in advantage
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Good collaboration and influencing skills and team work spirit
·  Proactive and independent attitude
·  Good computer skill in EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD;
