P2P Control Liaison

Job description

This position is a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of the purchasing process in accordance with Sanofi P2P-NA guidelines via first level escalation of business processing outsourced (BPO) resolution for spend transactions, vendor management and invoice payment. This individual will serve as an AP Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge of API system processing, perform root cause analysis, enforce compliance of tax requirements and provide high level customer engagement. Individual must understand Sanofi business requirements, P2P policies and procedures, and have the ability to assess risk in handling BPO escalations of complex requests to meet internal Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels of P2P North America.
