Identification of Microbial cultures

 Maintenance and preparation of microbial cultures for GPT testing Growth promotion testing for microbiological media

Testing of Biological Indicators Sample receipt and analysis

Maintenance and monitoring of refrigerator

Calibration of analytical weighing balance

Calibration of micropipettes

Operation and cleaning of BSC/ LAFU Operation of Milliflex pump

Operation of Biological Incubators

Operation of Compound Microscope

Operation of Densicheck Operation of Vitek 2 Compact

Seed lot characterization

Monitoring of cleaning of clean area Prevention, clean up and sanitization after spillage

Records maintenance and documentation

Test for Viability & Gram’s staining

Determination of Spore population of Biological Indicators

Reporting OOS & excursions to supervisor

Qualification: M.Sc ( Microbiology or Biotechnology)

Experience: 2-4 yrs
