MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB PURPOSE: :

·  Kiểm soát hoạt động của kho đảm bảo tuân thủ theo tiêu chuẩn “Thực hành tốt bảo quản thuốc” phù hợp với mục tiêu và chính sách của công ty/ Promote the conformity and the operational efficiency of quality system in the assigned distribution center with quality objectives and policies of the company based on GSP standard

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

·  Thực hiện công việc nhập, xuất và bảo quản hàng theo hướng dẫn của quy trinh thao tác chuẩn/ Warehouse operation must be followed the related SOPs.
·  Thực hiện việc lấy mẫu hàng Vaccine để kiểm tra chất lượng đúng theo quy định/ Follow sampling process of Vaccine must compliance with the regulations
·  Thực hiện việc giao nhận hàng phải chính xác/ Dispatching goods must be carefull and exactly.
·  Phát hiện kịp thời những bất thường về chất lượng của hàng hóa trong quá trình hoạt động kho/ Finding abnormal observation/ damages/shortage immediately during warehouse operation.
·  Sắp xếp hàng trong kho và chuẩn bị hang chờ giao vào đúng vị trí quy định/ Goods for dispatching must be in stipulated location at warehouse.
·  Kiểm tra tình trạng vệ sinh, nhiệt độ, độ ẩm trong kho, đảm bảo thực hiện theo dõi ghi chép đúng quy định/ Monitoring cleanliness, temperature and humidity of warehouse and records daily
·  Báo cáo kịp thời những bất thường, sai lệch, hư hỏng hay thiếu hụt/ Reporting abnormal observation/deviations/damages/shortage immediately.
·  Thực hiện xuất hàng hóa theo đúng nguyên tắc FEFO – FIFO trên hệ thống quản lý SAP kịp thời / Perform picking based on FEFO – FIFO rule on SAP system timely.
·  Thực hiện ghi chép đầy đủ, kịp thời các biểu mẫu theo quy định để truy cập khi cần thiết/ Fill the documents fully and timely for easily retieving.
·  Quản lý tài liệu, hồ sơ, chứng từ khoa học sao cho dễ tìm/ Documentation of all activities in an organized manner so retrieval is easy and quick
·  Soạn thảo các qui trình thao tác chuẩn liên quan/ Elaborate related SOPs.
·  Bảo đảm tuân thủ các qui định trong mọi tình huống trừ phi có sự phê duyệt của người có quyền hành/ Adhere to the SOP in all the situations or to have necessary approvals for deviations
·  Tuân thủ mọi nguyên tắc và qui định của pháp luật/ Compliance with all regulatory and statutory laws.
·  Thực hiện công tác tự thanh tra khi có sai sót xảy ra, từ đó phối hợp đề xuất và thực hiện hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa/ Conducting self-inspection as per the defined frequency & to develop CAPA plan in co-ordination with facility management, tracking & implementation of CAPA
·  Hổ trợ các công việc khác trong kho/ Support team in the warehouse
·  Phối hợp, hỗ trợ lẫn nhau để hoạt động kho ngày càng hoàn thiện/ Connect internal capabilities and build a team that is dedicated, committed and united.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG CỬ VIÊN/ JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

Trình độ văn hóa/ Education:

·  Dược sĩ trung cấp

Kinh nghiệm, kiến trức/ Experience & knowledge:

Kinh nghiệm/ Experience:

·  Bắt buộc/ Mandatory:

Làm việc ít nhất 1 năm với vai trò kiểm soát viên kho GSP/ 1 years at minimum of professional experience as a GSP Warehouse controller .

·  Ưu tiên/ Beneficial:

T ừng làm việc tại công ty nước ngoài/ Professional experience in a foreign country

Có kinh nghiệm lái xe nâng.

Kiến thức/ Knowledge:

·  Tiếng Anh: giao tiếp / English: communication
·  Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng, sử dụng SAP / Proficiency in MS Office / knowledge in SAP is a plus
