Medical Representative, General Medicines Romania
Location: Oradea Constanta
About the job opportunity
Contribute to the development of Sanofi General Medicines business in Romania, by successfully promoting the assigned cardio-metabolic-renal portfolio to doctors through omni channel engagement activities (digital, face to face, virtual, presentations and others) and providing integrated health care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, decision makers, doctors and pharmacists
·
Conduct effective calls/interactions with doctors standardized by Sanofi framework
·
Consistently achieve the objectives related to the assigned product portfolio in his/her area
·
Organize round tables and symposia to promote company image and products awareness, with the objective of achieving sales targets
·
Ensure call frequency rates on targeted doctors that meet company requirements (qualitative & quantitative)
·
Implement and monitor a territory action plan according to strategy
·
Regularly perform customer profiling in line with agreed criteria
·
Constantly update the customer database of his/her region in order to improve the segmentation and targeting process to enhance call productivity
·
Identify accurately the customers’ potential in his/her area
·
Effectively manage the assigned territory by means of planning (territory KPIs, analysis, resources allocation, call planning); plan visits for each working day with the objectives of the visit
·
Know the strengths and weaknesses of competing products
·
Ensure prompt activity/product & market status and adverse drug reaction reporting, as per Company’s reporting system
·
Maintain high quality knowledge about products and selling skills
·
Drive his / her professional development
·
Demonstrate professional behavior governed by the principles of the code of ethics and values of the company maintaining and enhancing the excellent reputation of Sanofi in Medicine and Pharmaceutics community
About you
Job requirements
Education
·
University Degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/other
Experience:
·
Sales/marketing experience in pharma business is an advantage
Knowledge:
·
Sales & promo techniques, pharmaceutical industry: product, competitive intelligence, KOL development
·
Very good level of English,
·
Computer literacy
·
Driving license
