Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Medical Affairs Project Associate - VIE Contract (W/M)

Key responsibilities:

o Lead and facilitate implementation of projects intended to simplify and optimize processes and resources at global level

o Strategic resources allocation process: drive the data gaps collection for all franchises as well as the clinical studies planning prior to the studies prioritization and the budget allocation

o Alignment of medical budget for assigned projects/clinical studies in the region, identify and manage variances and address strategic resource re-allocation/budget challenges to ensure accurate forecasting as well as alignment with the overall brand strategy and business objectives

o Oversight of the brand planning process at local level and ensure alignment with C&EM (China and Emerging Markets) medical team

o Liaison with the C&EM franchises medical operation leads to ensure integration and consistency of the brand plans

o Oversight of the sci comm (scientific communication)/publications at a country level

o Contribute to expanding digital regional strategies, providing harmonized content solutions

Candidate's profile:

o Education: Master degree in Business or Pharmacy (combination would be ideal)

o Experience: at least 1 year of related past professional experience

o Soft skills: project management skills, attention to detail, good communication skills

o IT tools: MS Office

o Languages: fluent English
