About growing with us
In this role you will….
• Provide local medical support for Sanofi’s General Medicines portfolio: incl. diabetes (D), cardiovascular (CV) and established products (EP).
• Lead the local medical activities with current and future Key Opinion Leaders for the General Medicines portfolio of products (D, CV and EP).
• Actively participate in the development of the NE General Medicines medical strategy as a member of the NE General Medicines medical team.
• Take part in the creation and implementation of local medical plans aligned with global strategy with the support of the NE Medical Head Diabetes and provide additional support with relevant scientific/medical matters.
• Support field sales and efforts related to presenting clarity around clinical and scientific information.
• Support pricing and reimbursement applications and negotiations when required.
• Provide medical evaluation and approval of local promotional and regulatory materials.
• Ensure that local medical trainings are conducted in line with local and Sanofi requirements.
About you
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
• Relevant medical degree
• Therapeutic area (TA) experience either from the studies/research and/or preferably from the pharma industry with relevant customer knowledge
• Clinical experience and expertise in the TA
• Ideally previous industry experience with proven relationship building skills
• Ability to effectively chair advisory boards and other cooperation with HCPs
• Experience working in a cross-functional team in an international environment
• Preferably previous experience leading people
• Strong IT skills
• Written and oral fluency in Finnish and English
