Manufacturing Technician

Job description

**Monday-Friday 7-3:30pm**

**Must be open to overtime and weekends as needed**

Position Summary:

Work with a team of 10-12 manufacturing operators to complete daily production schedule and manufacturing responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities:

·  Performs Seprafilm inspections and operates manufacturing processing equipment inside environmentally controlled areas in accordance to established SOPs and safety regulations.
·  Equipment includes, die cut press, heat sealer and DHT oven.
·  Documents production operations in corresponding batch records and log sheets according to cGMP's and established SOP’s.
·  Performs routine cleaning procedures for equipment and the manufacturing controlled area.
·  Follows safety guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

·  HS Diploma/GED or equivalent
·  Basic computer skills, basic math and problem-solving skills.
·  Ability to multi-task.
·  Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Good documentation skills.

Special Work Conditions:

·  Required to work with hazardous materials.
·  Requires physical demands of lifting up to 30 pounds.
·  Must be willing to work weekends or required to work overtime to meet production demands.
