Maintenance Technician - MFFL

About the Opportunity

As a Maintenance Technician with Sanofi you will provide support to the Multi Format Filling Line (MFFL) line for the aseptic processing of monoclonal antibody (mAb) commercial products. you will provide leadership and support to operations teams to ensure appropriate standards are met.  You will be involved in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives in all manufacturing and development operations.

 

This role will transition from a days position to a shift Technician position as process equipment transitions through design into Commissioning, Qualification and BAU operations.

About growing with us

In this role you will….

· 
Carry out repair and Maintenance tasks of all Process and / or Facilities Equipment to achieve an acceptable level of production output in full compliance with Quality and Safety and cGMP Standards

· 
Be responsible for the Input of data into Maintenance PM System including the operation of such systems

· 
Operate and maintain all equipment, so as to achieve an acceptable level of production output

· 
Conduct all maintenance duties in a safe manner and report all safety issues or concerns

· 
Maintain the required standard of housekeeping in both the maintenance workshop/facilities area

· 
Actively contribute to continuous improvements across the plant

· 
Support and back up of all maintenance teams i.e. facilities and manufacturing when required

· 
Ensure correct and accurate communication of equipment issues/PMs/repairs including reporting of serious downtime (via email)

· 
Working with one’s own initiative and assuming responsibility whenever the need arises

· 
Complete all duties as per relevant PM & Sop’s

· 
Adhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP’s and PPE rules

· 
Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time

· 
Actively contribute to continuous improvements across the plant

About you

To excel in this role you will need to have:-

· 
Junior & Senior Trade’s Certificate or an equivalent third level qualification

· 
Experience working as a Maintenance Technician in a Multi-skilled Team environment

· 
Experience working as a Maintenance Technician in a pharmaceutical-manufacturing environment
