Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Junior Generalist Human Resources - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job Description:

For the 2 sites in Switzerland and all business units and support functions, in French and in German, we are looking for someone who will take over the following responsibilities:

·  Recruitment of the VIEs in total autonomy, working with hiring managers, external recruitment colleagues and the French HR (Human Resources) team in charge of the VIE program
·  Takover of the project concerning implementation of a tool for working time registration in Switzerland
·  Coordination of payroll and related topics with the external provider and other stakeholders (both internal and external)
·  Coordination of expatriation moves with the local HR team and the Global Mobility team in Paris as well as with the external providers (Deloitte, fiduciary)
·  Equity: roll out of Sanofi shares purchase plans and becoming the main contact for all equity topics in Switzerland
·  HR communication: autonomous management of the HR intranet and Swiss HR events
·  Providing support to the HR team on diverse topics
·  Management of the language courses with the external provider
·  HR Operations: coordination of various topicswith Sanofi Business Services Employee Experience in Berlin, monthly update of organization charts, sending diverse reports to various stakeholders, internal communications, update of the lunch checks entitlements
·  For Concur (our expense report tool): management of issues, answering to questions from the provider, continuous improvement of the tool and of its use

This list of tasks is non exhaustive and could be adapted according to the news in the department or in the affiliate, or to organization changes, and according to the wishes and potential of the VIE.

Candidate's profile:

·  Education: Master degree in Business, Economics, HR or related fields with a real interest for HR
·  Experience: at least 1 year of relevant professional experience; first experience in HR, in an international company is required
·  Soft skills: very high sense of rigor and capacity to work autonomously and to be proactive; high sense of confidentiality; flexibility; good interpersonal skills; common sense and pragmatism; excellent organisation skills and good resistance to stress
·  IT tools: MS Office; knowledge of HR SAP and Workday is a plus
·  Languages: French as mother tongue; fluent English; good knowledge of German (B1 minimum); ideally bilingual French-German (the job will be done in both languages)
